- Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research related to execution and origination of investment banking transactions
- Prepare presentations for clients, draft offering memorandums, prospectuses, CIMs, internal memos and other transaction- related materials
- Communicate and interact with internal partners and product areas as well as with clients and other external parties in conference calls, meetings, due diligence sessions, rehearsals, drafting sessions, management presentations, etc
- Manage different types of projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team\nCore skills and requirements\n- Fluent in English and Spanish: business-level communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related courses
- Must have a combination of strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
- Team player with assertiveness, initiative, leadership and strong work ethic
