EY team:\nErnst & Young performs professional services globally, including auditing, assurance, consulting & tax.This role is part of Finance Operations (within Tax Service line), who provides the client with immediate access to an entire finance function delivering end to end services from transaction processing, accounting, monthly reporting through the statutory and tax cycle.\nRole:\nThis role is expected to Lead Finance Operate team based in Buenos Aires, for clients based in US and LATAM.\nThe key deliverables for this role are:\nLead a team based in GDS Buenos Aires, reporting to Senior Manager.\nPreparation of Financial Statements (FS), which includes:\nGAAP to GAAP adjustments\nBS, PL, Equity, Cash Flow\nComplementary notes such as financial instruments, deferred tax, leasing, etc.\nOversee day to day activities from BA team, composed of Seniors and Staffs and be the last review level before sharing deliverables with client.
