OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations for multiple Amazon brands. The idóneo candidate has strong experience handling catalog tasks, inventory coordination, and resolving listing or compliance issues. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Amazon account operations for assigned brands.Oversee catalog management including listing creation, variation structuring, keyword updates, and troubleshooting.Handle inventory management by coordinating replenishment, monitoring stock levels, and addressing stranded or suppressed inventory.Utilize Amazon flat files to upload, correct, or update bulk product data.Resolve listing issues, compliance requests, and account health notifications in a timely manner.Collaborate with creatives, PPC specialists, and internal teams to optimize product pages and performance.Ensure A-to-Z process alignment through task tracking and communication.Maintain accurate documentation and operational workflows for each brand.Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve sales, ranking, and visibility.Qualifications1–2+ years of experience as an Amazon Brand Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, listing policies, and product compliance requirements.Proven experience in catalogue management, inventory management, and flat file uploads.Ability to troubleshoot complex listing issues including suppressed listings, errors, and compliance flags.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently while managing multiple brands or workloads.Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
