The Senior Coordinator, Pitch Content - Global Client Pursuits (GCP) will lead on pitch content by writing, drafting, editing, conducting reviews, audits, and maintenance, ensuring the Firm’s central library remains high-quality, and the content governance framework is robust, fostering high engagement from various teams. The role-holder will undertake responsibilities related to key global pitch enablement initiatives, pitch technology, communications, and training efforts. They will collaborate closely with the GCP pitch enablement team, as well as global, regional, and local business development (BD) and Marketing colleagues, along with other business professional teams.Responsibilities:- Pitch content audits: Work with the Content Managers to conduct regular content reviews and audits across BD teams in the Firm, assisting with content searches, edits, drafts and updates to keep pitch content aligned with recent developments
- Pitch content best practices: Assist in drafting materials, presentations, communications, etc., for promoting pitch content best practices and processes across the Firm
- Pitch content framework and project management: Support planning and running of meetings and project plans with stakeholders and BD colleagues; update trackers, webpages and teams channels; streamline processes and drive adoption across teams to ensure the pitch content governance framework is followed and deadlines are met
- Research and new content monitoring: Conduct research and keep on top of new content developments across the firm and beyond to recommend content enhancements to content owners regularly
- Communications: Centrally coordinate an internal communications tracker and framework, and support drafting compelling updates, alerts and blogs for strong content management
- Technology: Be savvy, engaging with the Firm’s pitch automation technology solution aimed at strengthening pitching best practice firmwide
- Teaming: Work closely with other content team members to ensure the pitch content function works seamlessly
- Other special project assistance as needed by the GCP teamSkills and Experience:- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Excellent sales/client solutions content writing skills and experience
- Good relevant experience in BD/Pitching, writing compelling content for professional services
- Proven experience working on global/ cross-border projects across time zones, managing competing and tight deadlines
- Strong organisation and project management skills are required, and the ability to stay on top of multiple projects simultaneously and drive follow-through and on-time completion is essential
- Good interpersonal skills and able to foster positive working relationships to collaborate and work in remote/virtual teams
- Client service focus, flexibility, can-do attitude; motivated and enthusiastic; personal drive and energy
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
