- Support implementation and maintenance of Accenture’s AI Management System
- Support ISO/IEC 42001 certification expansion and maintenance, working with global and local MU/country stakeholders across Accenture’s business and corporate functions
- This role will support other controls-related work, as needed.Key Skills Required:- ISO Experience: The most important requirement is experience with ISO certification, knowledge of ISO or other standards and management system controls. ISO 42001 or AI management experience is preferred but would consider those with ISO 27001 or ISO 27701 background.
- Internal Controls Experience: Experience in internal controls, including designing, implementing, and managing controls programs, or experience in internal audit or corporate compliance is not required, but would be a plus.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with senior leadership and manage relationships with key stakeholders is critical.
- Relevant Backgrounds: Candidates may come from audit, compliance, ISO certification/governance, information security, or data privacy backgrounds, as there is overlap with the required controls and ISO certification experience. A legal background is not mandatory but can be considered.
- AI Literacy: Knowledge of AI, data, or responsible AI is a plus.
- AI Technical Experience: Knowledge of AI system design and development would be helpful in this role, but deep technical expertise is not required.
- Regulations and Standards: Knowledge of data and AI regulations, compliance, and standards is considered a bonus, not essential.
- The role does not require travel and can be virtual.Educational Qualifications/Certifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor Certification (or other AI standard certification)Essential to have some experience of work including the following skillsets:- ISO/IEC 42001 or 27001 certification and maintenance
- AI Management system implementation and maintenance
- Risk & Compliance, in particular AI risks (e.g., AI system life cycle risk)
- AI controls design and implementation
- AI technical knowledge
