- Contact new leads and students via calls, messaging apps, email, and other channels
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of company and partner products/services
- Guide users through account opening and deposit processes on trading platforms
- Educate on benefits of real vs. demo accounts to drive conversions
- Build trust and motivate students to become active traders
- Follow communication standards and approved sales scripts
- Accurately manage and update data in the CRM system
- Track and respond to student interactions across multiple channels
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and experts to improve conversion rates
- Analyze user behavior and engagement to optimize sales strategies
- Provide feedback to enhance student experience and conversion funnel
- Conduct group webinars and promote additional products/features
- Support various sales and operational tasks within the team
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience in trading, forex, finance, or crypto is a must
- Experience working in LatAm markets and understanding of regional student/customer behavior
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance-based targets
- Experience using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented, knowing how to engage students and convert them into active trading practice.
- Strong communication skills, ability to build trust and explain professional concepts clearly
- Proactive & problem-solving mindset, ability to identify student pain points and offer solutions
- Attention to detail, organization, planning and discipline
- English B1 and higher
