Creators Operations Strategist\nLocation: Argentina (Buenos Aires or Córdoba preferred)\nWork model: Hybrid (remote-first, office available, idóneo 1–2 days/week)\nTeam: Operations (centralized)\nReports to: Studio Operations Leadership\nLevel: Strategist\nAt Winclap, Creators is one of the core growth engines of the Studio. As we scale our Creators offering in 2026, we need to move from manual, fragmented operations to clear, efficient, and scalable workflows across regions, teams, and tools.\nThe Creators Operations Strategist is a senior, hands-on role responsible for designing, optimizing, and standardizing the end-to-end operational model of Creators, working closely with Creators teams, Content Partners, Finance, Legal, Product, and Tech.\nThis role does not operate campaigns or execute day-to-day creators work. Instead, it focuses on building the systems, processes, and tools that allow Creators to scale with quality and autonomy.\nPositioning & Scope\n- This role is embedded in the Operations structure, not within the Creators team.
- It works for the Creators organization, but with a cross-Studio, centralized operations mindset.
- The role is analogous to a Product / Ops hybrid, with a strong process and workflow orientation.
- It may have light people coordination (e.g., a trainee or assistant), but is primarily an Individual Contributor role.\nCore Responsibilities\nCreators Operations & Processes\n- Design, document, and continuously optimize end-to-end creators workflows, including:
- Discovery & onboarding
- Pricing & rate cards
- Activation & delivery
- Reporting & financial processes
- Define and maintain centralized pricing frameworks, creators’ fees, and rate cards.
- Standardize ways of working across regions to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.\nTooling & Platforms\n- Analyze and define the optimal stack of creators platforms and tools (e.g. marketplaces, discovery tools, data providers such as HypeAuditor).
- Work closely with Product & Tech to:
- Translate operational needs into tooling requirements.
- Improve usability and automation of creators-related workflows.
- Lead the operational design of creators onboarding and lifecycle management in tools such as HubSpot and internal platforms.\nCross-functional Coordination\n- Act as a key operational interface between:
- Creators teams
- Content Partners (CPs)
- Finance
- Legal
- Product & Tech
- Ensure operational alignment, clear ownership, and smooth handoffs between teams.
- Partner with Finance to define and optimize creators-related financial processes.
- Partner with Legal to define and standardize contractual frameworks per region, offer, and business need.\nOperational Intelligence & Continuous Improvement\n- Define operational KPIs and success metrics for Creators workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks, and proactively propose improvements.
- Drive automation and efficiency initiatives to reduce manual work and operational friction.\nWhat Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)\n- Creators workflows are clearly defined, documented, and scalable across regions.
- Content Partners can operate with higher autonomy, using standardized processes and tools.
- Creators-related financial and legal processes are clearer, faster, and more predictable.
- Manual operational effort is reduced through better tooling and automation.
