As a Senior Media Strategist, you own both campaign execution and strategic growth across key client accounts. You manage campaigns directly in-platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), using performance data to inform clear, actionable decisions — what to scale, what to stop, and what to test next.
Your role is not just to run campaigns, but to improve how decisions are made and how quickly teams learn. You translate performance signals into structured testing, better creative direction, and more efficient media investments.
You work cross-functionally with Creative, Client Strategy, and Sales to turn insights into action, and action into measurable business impact. You also play a key role in new business by shaping media POVs, audits, and proposals that demonstrate how Ready Set drives growth through better decisions — not just more spend.
Core Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Decision-MakingTranslate performance data into clear recommendations on what to scale, stop, and test
Develop full-funnel media strategies and structured testing roadmaps across channels
Identify performance gaps and turn them into actionable growth plans
Prioritize and sequence testing opportunities to maximize learning and efficiency
