- Digital Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive digital strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices in the USA market
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients to improve their digital presence and performance
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to implement innovative digital solutions
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Present strategic plans and results to clients and internal teams
- Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing their concerns and queries promptly
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions
- Manage and resolve complex client issues, escalating when necessary
- Develop and maintain documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues
- Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and implement best practices
- Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Mentor junior account managers and team members
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and projects
- Share knowledge and insights gained from client interactions with the broader team
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the USA
- Contribute to proposal development and pitch presentations for potential clients
