- Connect agile values to compass ways of working in tangible actions that the team can learn, practice, and eventually mature on.
- Organize and facilitate all scrum related meetings (stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, demos, etc.).
- Work with the product owner and team to develop roadmaps and manage backlog.
- Monitors team backlog daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the sprint.
- Works with product owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics.
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management.
- Prioritizes workload and ensures appropriate sizing and standardization of user stories.
- Coach product owner, other scrum masters, and individual team members in opportunities for improvement in mindset and practices to drive the team to higher engagement.
- Act as an agile ambassador in sessions across the organization like communities of practice, and leadership forums.
- Ensure the team reaches a position to sustain the learning, mindset, and practices.
- Co-create the agile standard for the business and socialize it as part of the overall change management plan.
- Train and coaches more junior scrum masters.
- Train the organization on agile values, practices, and tools.
- Oversee the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and manage dashboards in Azure DevOps to provide real-time insights into project metrics and performance.
