We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team.In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain advanced network infrastructure with a strong focus on security, connectivity, and cloud technologies. You will provide tier 3 global support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the reliability and performance of the organization's network systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure to meet organizational needsProvide tier 3 troubleshooting and support for all LAN/WAN-related issues and alertsMaintain monitoring and reporting systems to ensure optimal network performanceCreate and manage technical documentation for all deployed systems and configurationsPerform on-call duties to support network operations during non-business hoursManage administrative tasks related to time tracking and status reportingConfigure and install network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS configurationsPerform regular network maintenance and system upgrades, including patches, service packs, and security configurationsMonitor system resource utilization, ensure availability, and plan for capacity needsWork within established configuration and change management policies to ensure successful network updatesImplement security tools, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the cybersecurity teamTroubleshoot routing loops, asymmetric routing issues, and STP loop problemsConduct technical training sessions for internal teams to enhance operational knowledgeCollaborate with vendors and IT personnel to resolve complex network challengesRequirementsAt least 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in network troubleshooting and designAdvanced knowledge of network technologies, including SDWAN (Silver Peak preferred), next-generation firewalls (Cisco Firepower preferred), and wireless networks (Cisco WLC preferred)Experience configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGPProficiency in LAN switching technologies such as VLAN, VTP, STP, and EtherChannelExpertise in configuring and troubleshooting TCP/IP protocol suite and application protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, and SSLKnowledge of network security protocols, including IPSec/SSL VPN, AAA architecture, TACACS+, RADIUS, and 802.1xExperience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, including Nexus 9K/7K series and ACI environmentsFamiliarity with firewall cloud services like Zscaler and configuring Cisco ASA and IPS systemsAbility to analyze network tools and outputs, such as identifying high CPU utilization on core devices at data centersFluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higherNice to haveCCNP certification to demonstrate advanced networking expertiseExperience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud servicesFamiliarity with Citrix NetScaler load balancers, Cisco FTD firewalls, Aruba SD-WAN, and Azure cloud solutionsWe offer/Benefits
