In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential partners, turning inbound leads into meaningful business opportunities for our Business Development Managers (BDMs). You'll not only identify and qualify prospects but also conduct engaging product demos, ensuring each is set up for successful conversion.
The adecuado candidate will bring strong communication skills, active listening, and genuine curiosity, combined with a background in hospitality and a degree in business or sales (preferred). ResponsibilitiesEngage quickly and thoughtfully with inbound leads to identify potential customers and build genuine connections
Conduct in‑depth qualification calls to understand each lead's needs, challenges, and readiness to move forward
Host engaging product demos, showcasing Bnberry's solutions and ensuring every presentation is properly set up for conversion
Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive the next step in the sales process
Assess lead potential — determining whether prospects are ready to buy now or require nurturing for future opportunities
Match customer needs with the right Bnberry product offerings to deliver tailored, impactful solutions
Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions, activities, and lead statuses in our CRM systems
Collaborate closely with BDMs to refine outreach strategies and maximize lead‑to‑customer conversion rates
