These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness.People in deals at PwC will focus on providing consulting services related to people and talent aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. You will work closely with clients to assess the people implications of deals, develop integration strategies, and provide guidance on talent retention, organisational design, and cultural alignment. Working in this area, you will assist clients in managing change and maximising the value of their human capital during deal transactions.Driven by curiosity, you are a reliable, contributing member of a team.
