Key skills & responsibilities across both diligence and value creation support include:
Operational and Cost Analysis
Review annual company reports and financial information to evaluate operational efficiency, business model, and strategy.
Perform cost benchmarking (e.g., COGS + OPEX) using Excel and prepare client-ready presentations.
Research efficiency benchmarks such as salary benchmarking and cost allocations.
Prepare detailed analyses and presentations to provide actionable insights.
Assist in practice development initiatives, focusing on documentation and automation.
Organizational Analysis
Perform spans and layers analysis, compare organizational structures to benchmarks.
Use tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Revelio for organizational benchmarking.
Develop financial cases to support organizational changes.
Skills & Competencies Required
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Organizational Studies, or Computer Science.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and understanding of financial statements.
Experience with Data Science/AI is a plus.
