Be Bayer.\n- *Main Purpose:** The Production Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining short- and mid-term production plans for the Glyphosate manufacturing plant. This role ensures optimal utilization of plant capacity, raw materials, labor, and logistics resources while meeting customer demand, safety standards, and inventory targets.\nYou will act as the key interface between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality, ensuring that production plans are feasible and aligned with operational constraints and commercial priorities.\n
- *Your Mission Will Be To:
- Operational Execution: Ensure the production and material plans are executed efficiently within the short-term horizon (current month up to 120 days) to deliver finished goods on time, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and inventory targets.
- Planning & Scheduling: Take ownership of MRP and Production Plan scheduling. Define and communicate the weekly production schedule by SKU.
- Coordination: Lead the weekly Production Program meeting and generate the corresponding reports. Manage daily and weekly scheduling and production control.
- External Operations: Manage production scheduling for outsourced processors, including MRP, raw materials, supplies, and finished goods shipment schedules.
- Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with Procurement to develop alternative suppliers and contingency plans for packaging (PKG) supplies.
- Data Integrity: Coordinate the conversion of PP/DS planned orders into process orders, ensuring timely closure to guarantee optimum planning conditions and zero transactional data in the past.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce cost or complexity and implement logistics improvement projects.
- Collaboration: Act as the backup for the Site Planner and report directly to the Business Unit Leader.

- Education: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in production planning or integral trade. Proven experience in planning roles, system management (SAP preferred), and direct contact with manufacturing environments.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong focus on customer needs, collaborative teamwork, and the ability to maintain a fluid talent pipeline.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex situations and define effective solutions.
- Soft Skills: Flexibility, risk-taking behavior, and excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Languages: Intermediate English level
- Location: Must reside in Zárate or nearby areas, with the availability to work on-site 4 days per week.
