Join our extraordinary team today!Responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing supply chain plans to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely deliveries, and efficient resource allocation.This position plays a key role in aligning demand forecasts with production and distribution capabilities.Your Impact- Develop and maintain supply and demand plans based on sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of planning activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Use planning tools and ERP systems to manage data and generate reports and support decision-making with scenario analysis and risk assessments.Your Experience and Qualifications- Degree completed or in progress in Logistics or Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate English; Portuguese is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables, basic analysis) and ERP systems.
