Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education.We are currently looking for a MS Dynamics Project Manager, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic teamResponsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (CE, F&O;, or both), ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.Plan, execute, and monitor project activities using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.Facilitate key meetings such as sprint planning, status updates, steering committees, and retrospectives.Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.Track project progress, KPIs, and deliverables, providing regular reporting to leadership.Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning.Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.Support change management, user adoption, and post-go-live activities.Qualifications:4 to 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP/CRM projects.Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O;, or both).Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or traditional project management methodologies.Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.Ability to manage risks, budg
