Coordinate between different teams and oversee staff tasks.Maintain and update process documentation; ensure adherence to process standards.Proactively identify issues, present solutions and options, and lead to resolution where appropriate.Prepare high-quality reports for Leadership.Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related project management software (e.g., Azure, Jira, Asana).
Handle ad hoc requests as needed.Key QualificationsWell-organized, task-oriented, punctual completion of tasks or escalation of status.Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn processes and EY technology tools.Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
Ability to manage the full project life cycle (Scope, Plans, Project organization, kick-off meetings, Development, Testing, Periodic status reports, Follow up, Risk management, Budget monitoring, Deployment, etc.).
Ability to effectively manage priorities; juggle multiple projects, demands, and reprioritize as necessary to align with changing business objectives.Ability to coordinate between different teams and oversee a staff's complete tasks.Ability to manage repeated tasks defined in process documentation, maintaining/updating process documents.Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options, and where appropriate, leading to resolution.Prepare high-quality reports for Leadership.Knowledge and management of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Microsoft 365 Office).

We are looking for passionate and hardworking Project Manager to support TTT-PMO clients.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree or near graduation in Technology, Systems Engineering, IT, Science, or other technical qualification.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.Skills in Project Manager Software (Azure, Jira, Asana, etc.).
Certification in Agile Methodologies (mainly Scrum and Kanban) is a plus.Technical background is a plus.Microsoft 365 Office (Excel, Power Point).
