About the Role
We're looking for a Sourcing Assistant to join the Rad Hires recruiting team and become a fundamental part of how we deliver results for our clients. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — you'll be on the front lines of our searches, identifying and engaging candidates across multiple industries and roles simultaneously. You'll work closely with our recruiters, supporting the full early-stage pipeline: from building targeted sourcing strategies and running outreach campaigns, to conducting initial screenings and keeping our ATS and tools running smoothly.
