- Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, following up on outstanding balances
- Answer incoming accounting-related calls and resolve customer inquiries related to billing
- Update and maintain customer contact details in company software systems
- Reconcile bank accounts within QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Process incoming credit card payments and apply them correctly to customer accounts
- Sync CRM transactions and customer activity with QuickBooks Online
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting for B2B, preferably in a service-based business.
- Fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Familiarity with CRM software and syncing data between systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups with customers professionally
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of United States tax regulations and accounting standards
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
