Position Overview
We are a staffing agency building a talented pool of Social Media Managers to serve our diverse client base.
This is a general opportunity targeting both junior and senior professionals with experience in managing social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
All candidates will work remotely from Argentina for U.S.-based clients, handling a variety of brands and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Create engaging content tailored to each platform's audience and brand voice.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction.
Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience managing social media accounts and campaigns (portfolio or case studies preferred).
Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media analytics, insights, and KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling content and campaigns.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation is a plus.
