Our content and websites are published exclusively and enjoyed by millions of fans worldwide.**What we are looking for - **Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a **FULL-TIME Brand Communications Multimedia Designer (DESIGN & EDITING). **The brand communications team is in charge of building and maintaining a positive public image for the company. The Social Media Team is one of two parts of the Brand Communications Team along with PR. The team supervises the creation and divulgence of still images and video content through all the third-party social media platforms of the company (including but not limited to: Twitter & Instagram). This is a great opportunity for a creative, adaptable, and resourceful Multimedia Designer to work full-time.
- The job will expose you to the content of adult nature. If this is something you are not comfortable with please do not apply._**What you'll be doing**:- Handle multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines.
- Execute creative editing, color correction, sound mixing, categorizing content, and watermarking videos and pictures.
- Delivery of assets within deadlines.
- Create promo videos used for marketing.
- Develop motion graphics for various content as needed.
- Create content for social media accounts, ensuring familiarity with social media platforms, formats, and visual language.
- Categorize incoming content for upload and delivery.
- Maintain an eye for quality, a thirst for growth, and the maturity to be a flexible member of the team.
- Manage strong and effective internal partnerships and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Perform other duties as needed.**Must-Have**:- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in multimedia design, video editing, cinema, or a related area of study.
- 2+ years of content generation for social media or ads in a brand or agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience in both Mac and PC platforms.
- Solid typography skills.
- A keen eye for photography.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design and social trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Consistent content backup.
- Comfortable working with adult content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, formats, and visual language.**Nice To Haves**:- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects (huge plus).
- Experience with Filezilla (any FTP experience).
- Familiarity with Google Documents.
- Experience with Asana.KRRCTcoXvc
