In this role, the Supervisor, Regional Lifecycle (Temp 6 meses) will be at the heart of the consumer journey operation with the Digital Lifecycle team, supporting Disney+ and Star+, as well as our other stakeholders. This role works in conjunction with operations, performance, business intelligence and marketing teams with all marketing and LOBs and across markets in order to expand the footprint of Disney Streaming Services in Latin America.**The Supervisor, Regional Lifecycle **will **be responsible for**:- Orchestrate end-to-end campaigns, defining messaging guidelines and supporting with quality control checks.
- Develop regional tests, measure learn plans (across territory, lifestages & cohorts), evaluate results, and produce reports working with Analytics teams and peers.
- Create detail reports to track campaign effectiveness and produce actionable insights optimize the campaign performance.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for Disney Streaming Services Lifecycle strategy across Marketing Ops Global, Product, Marketing, Legal. Creative and Business Unit partners.
- Ensure clear, concise messaging to subscribers.
- Message effectively with external partners on quantifiable results of customer marketing campaigns, and return on effort.**What we need from you to be part of this story**:- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Communications, Digital Marketing, Publicity or similar careers
- At least 2 years of CRM/ Lifecycleexperiencein marketing automation execution, developing multi-channel campaign.oDeep technical and analytical experience
- Strong experience managing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns from conception through design, development, A/B testing, analysis and performance optimization
- Analytical marketing strategist with an eye for details,
- Data-driven.
- Strong consultative and negotiation skills and ability to influence.
- Team player
- Ability to thrive within ambiguity and drive complex projects.
- Ability to work independently and think strategically while navigating through complex matrix environments.
- Credible, proactive and trusted thought-partner who has built relationships and delivered results.
- Oral and written communication skills.oExperience in editorial or content creation is a plus.
