About The Role
We are seeking an Investment Analyst to support financial analysis, catalog valuation, and transaction execution across music rights portfolios. This role will work closely with the advisory team to evaluate music catalog investments, analyze financial performance, build valuation models, and support the preparation of materials used in strategic transactions involving intellectual property assets.
The idóneo candidate has experience in investment analysis, private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance, and is comfortable working with financial models, asset valuation, and transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities
Investment & Valuation AnalysisAnalyze financial performance and revenue streams across music catalogs
Build financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and transactions
Conduct valuation analysis using cash flow modeling, forecasting, and comps
Assess risk, revenue sustainability, and long‑term catalog performanceDeal & Transaction SupportPrepare investment memorandums and transaction summaries
Support materials for investor and buyer discussions
Conduct due diligence and review financial documentation
Analyze bids, offers, and deal structuresMarket & Industry ResearchResearch music catalog transactions and market trends
