Work as part of the Technical Security Team against objectives and ensure delivering of functionality and stability for our access control and video management security systems platforms across LATAM offices.**About the Job Responsibilities**
- Perform day to day production support to maximize systems availability and correct operation, diagnose issues and break fixes with ownership of problems to resolution.
- Support the firm's technical security suppliers Third Party Oversight process (TPO) throughout Latin America.
- Maintenance & Break Fixes budget management.
- Handle Supplier work and field task coordination within the region.
- Detailed knowledge on third party contracts and Service Level Agreements, Contract Management and Execution while providing Technical Oversight.
- Perform timely escalation, resolutions and follow ups of production environment break/fix andproactively identify patterns of recurring incidents to improve service capabilities.
- Support Business Technical Security related installations and Global Security Programs.
- Support country security managers in alarms monitoring and investigations.
- Badge Production Oversight & Controls.
- Develop, document, and maintain best practices policies and KPI reports as needed.
- Ability to write Technical SOWs within firm standards for suppliers to implement and execute.
- Ensure all standards, regulatory and/or compliance requirements are always met.
- Flexibility to support different Time Zones.**Skills and Knowledge Required**
- Self-starter with confidence to drive issues to completion under mínimal supervision.
- ITIL Oriented. Strong Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and RCA investigation skills.
- Data Management, report design and presentation skills using MSOffice (Excel & Sharepoint), Tableau.
- Experienced Knowledge on Physical Security Incident Management (PSIM), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Video Management Systems (VMS)
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (oral and writing).
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.**Essential on the Job Experience**
- Experienced handling technical personnel and Suppliers
- Experience leading third party support services, contract management and contract execution.
- Experience writing technical requirements (SOWs).**As a Plus**
- Trainings & Certifications: ITIL, Cisco CCNA, LENEL S2;
