OverviewThis role plays an integral part in the core operations of the organization, collaborating with a range of departments, while working with a friendly, ambitious, and talented team with a passion for getting things done. In Operations, we touch almost every area of our agency, and this role is for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of the business. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be working closely together to ensure you have the guidance, tools and training to be successful. This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams located in Dentsu\'s agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.Responsibilities- Manage the intake, review, approval and execution of contracts for vendors and clients, ensuring that appropriate financial, legal and operational policies and procedures are adhered to
- Coordinate with contract stakeholders (both internal and external) to facilitate resolution and escalation of any contract issues, communicate status updates or requests for more information
- Support our vendor management program, including all stages of the vendor lifecycle: setup, renewal, termination, relationship management and issue resolution
- Provide project management support for department and organizational initiatives as needed
- Support and maintain programs and applications for department and organizational business needs
- Maintain formal contract records and correspondence within Operations
- As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, you must actively participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team.
- You must also participate in the Offshore Team\'s peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices, except for those who are not located in that city.Qualifications- A bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Business, Advertising, Operations, or Supply Chain Management, will be valued.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in contracts or procurement.
- Agency experience will be valued.
- Fundamental knowledge of contracts and legal principles.
- Proficient at managing and completing multiple initiatives with near-perfect on-time delivery schedules and strong adherence to quality standards.
- Works well independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Must be well organized and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Office 365 suite with an emphasis on Excel and Word.- Location: Buenos Aires
