This role is based in Argentina and will support P&C; Services-related requests. The Internship supports and executes a standardized process that is repeatable in nature including the management of employee files, for LATAM based employees. The hire will be expected to deliver a great employee experience aligned with our culture managing Employee Files process for Argentina, that will include organize, scan, upload, and separate physical and digital documentation and the creation of documents needed to complete Employee Files according to the Company guidelines which may include contact Employees and Managers to complete the process.**You role accountabilities**:- Monitor Workday and Service Now to review request;
- Monitor New hires and Terminations to update employee file;
- Organize current physical and digital documentation per employee status and Companies;
- Analyze documentation versus required items per country;
- Scan physical documentation;
- Change/update employee information in Workday;
- Create missed information if needed i.e. labor contracts;
- Connect with Employee and Managers to fulfill required documentation.**Qualification & Experience**:- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Desirable intermediate knowledge in English;
- Bachelor degree ongoing, in Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.**Other nice to have**:- Experience with case management/knowledgebase tools with ability to quickly learn new technology and software programs.
