- Learn and apply professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), uphold the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.As a Specialist, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.Skills and responsibilities required for this management level include but are not limited to:- Answering calls, self-service tickets and chats from PwC employees, contractors and new hires to provide them guidance and assistance regarding E&C; and related topics, such as personal independence, regulatory compliance and other topical areas covered by knowledge base documents and internal systems (investments portfolio, automated investment recording system, learning and development, CPA licensing, CPE compliance), both in English (US) and Spanish (MX);

- Identifying opportunities for efficiencies and taking action to implement them.Required professional background:- Students or graduates in: Law, Translation, International Studies, Accounting, Economics, Political Sciences, Management, with an interest in developing a career in Compliance.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (contact center and/or ticketing system experience is a plus).
- Availability to work according to US schedule (EST time zone, local bank holidays).
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, with strong customer service orientation (English/Spanish).
- Knowledge of US and MX financial products is a plus.
- Understand the importance of have a correct information management
