- Advising on general commercial law issues and managing the legal issues of all areas of the company, including but not limited to corporate matters; procurement; safety; security; labor & employment; distribution, sales & marketing.
- Advising on the [Argentine/Brazilian/Chilean/Peruvian] regulatory framework applicable to Nissan's various businesses.
- Managing litigation and consumer claims.
- Providing training and professional expertise to paralegal. Undertaking continuing education, and remains abreast of current legal issues and trends, as required to maintain relevancy and successful job performance.**Skills**:- Experience in high complexity agreements or transactions.
- General knowledge about Contracts, Consumer Protection, Corporate Law and overall law principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and tasks while meeting deadlines (strong project management skills)
- Knowledge of functional area policies, procedures, processes, and standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various levels of personnel, including senior management.

**Experience**:- 5 years of experience within law firms and/or in-house legal department (preferable within the automotive industry).
- Experience in high complexity agreements or transactions
- General knowledge about Contracts, Consumer Protection, Corporate Law and overall law principles**Education**:
J.D. Degree or local equivalent (Bachelor's Degree in Law, etc.)**Languages**:- English skills (Advanced)**Location**:
