Our growth engine runs on **Salesforce** and **HubSpot** (plus a handful of supporting tools). You’ll be the on‑site technical owner who keeps those systems healthy, designs better processes, and ensures our data stays clean, so the team can move even faster. You’ll report directly to the CEO and co‑founders, work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with them in the office, and have the freedom to propose and execute improvements that make an immediate impact.**What you’ll do**:- ** System & user administration (45 %)** - Provision accounts, manage permissions, set up workflows, and monitor integrations—starting with Salesforce and HubSpot (we’ll teach you the specifics).
- ** Data hygiene & quality assurance (25 %)** - Run duplicate checks, build dashboards to surface data issues, and design processes that keep our CRM squeaky‑clean.
- ** 1st‑line troubleshooting (15 %)** - Own the GTM support queue, reproduce issues, and escalate to Engineering when needed—with clear replication steps.
- ** Process automation (10 %)** - Identify repetitive tasks, write basic scripts/flows (Python, SQL, Zapier, etc.), test them, and document changes.
- ** Continuous improvement projects (5 %)** - Shadow RevOps initiatives, analyze pain points, and champion your own optimization ideas (backed by data).**You’ll thrive if you have**:- ** Extraordinary drive & dedication.** You treat this role as a launchpad, invest in your own growth, and consistently go the extra mile.
- ** Fresh degree or certification** in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (perfect for your first professional role).
- ** Excellent spoken and written English**—you’ll work in English all day with US teammates and customers.
- ** Solid technical foundation.** Comfortable manipulating data in CSV/Excel, querying or exporting a database, and writing basic automation scripts (Python, SQL, or similar).
- ** Fast‑tool learner** who enjoys figuring out new SaaS platforms and best practices.
- ** Permanent residence in Rosario** and commitment to be on‑site every workday.**Bonus points**:- Trailhead progress toward Salesforce Admin (ADM‑201) or HubSpot Admin.
