This role demands equal strength in stakeholder communication and technical understanding.ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, engineering, and design teamsTranslate business goals and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product requirementsOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business value and technical feasibilityWrite detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteriaLead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectivesCollaborate closely with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and technical solutions, ensuring alignment across systemsAnalyze product performance and data insights to support decision-making and continuous improvementWork with QA and development teams to define test scenarios, validate features, and ensure high-quality releasesCommunicate product updates, priorities, and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDrive alignment across teams, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and delivery timelinesRequirements5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar roles within IT/SaaS environmentsAdvanced english levelProven Agile/Scrum experience with a track record of delivering in iterative environmentsAbility to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria)Solid understanding of APIs, backend systems, and overall software development processesBasic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (ability to understand and analyze data, not heavy coding)Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentationStrong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and justify product decisionsExposure to web technologies (HTML, JavaScript) or programming languages such as Java or Python is a plusNice to havePrevious experience as a developer or strong technical backgroundExperience working with data, analytics, or dashboardsFamiliarity with AI tools to improve workflows and productivityWhat's in it for you 100% remote work—enjoy flexibility while collaborating with a global team.
