- Work on real productions combining AI + traditional VFX workflows
\n
- Use tools like Nuke, Houdini, or Blender alongside AI models
\n
- Explore and prototype new workflows (previs, lookdev, shot iteration)
\n
- Help define how AI integrates into professional pipelines
\n
- Collaborate with directors, creatives, and engineers
\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n\n
- Strong foundation in VFX (compositing, lighting, or 3D)
\n
- Experience with industry-standard tools (Nuke, Houdini, Blender, etc.)
\n
- Curiosity for AI tools (you don’t need to be an expert — but you’re experimenting)
\n
- Strong creative eye (this matters more than tools)
\n
- Ability to move fast and iterate
\n\nBonus if you have\n\n
- Experience with generative AI tools
\n
- Understanding of depth, compositing, and rendering pipelines
\n
- Experience working in film, TV, or advertising
