- Use AFI BI system to generate sales reports and statistics.
- Help commercial team with Forecast control and follow-up. Elaborate and share regular reports on that topic.
- Be the customer and distributor contact as agreed with account managers.
- Hosting and visiting customers and distributors with account managers when needed.
- Perform background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors and industry trends to support the sales team’s activities.
- Support as temporary backup answering customers, distributors and internal´ enquiries on product availability, delivery times and shipment status as agreed with account managers, sales support manager and customer care specialists.
- Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
- Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, warehouse, transport or distribution to check actual status of orders and resolve customer and distributors complaints.
- Lead follow-up and communication with Marketing on lead follow-up status.
- Support account management with CRM, SAP Access.
- Order samples and follow-up on receipt at customer when necessary.
- Work with distributors playbook.**Who are you?**Good planning and organization skills, being able to handle multiple projects at the same time and good interpersonal skills are of course natural skills for a Sales Support Assistant. However, your success in this position lies mainly in your ability to be a respectful team player with a will to make a difference.We imagine that you have:- Solid experience in Customer Care, Sales, Commercial or similar areas in B2B food Ingredients. Logistic experience will be an advantage
- Education at bachelor´s level or advanced student in Administration, Finance, Logistics or similar areas.
- Excellent communication skills
- Business fluency both in English and in Spanish. Portuguese is an advantage.
