
Procurement Analyst

- Manage the relationship with local suppliers, establish Contract and Services Local Agreement (SLA), and important metrics.
- Responsible for managing NPI Projects (Procurement focus).
- Lead the “Savings” initiatives related to Procurement.
- Follow-up payments to local and external suppliers (SIRAS issues).
- Engagement with internal team members. Understand and transform the needs of “stakeholders” into solutions.
- Risk Management: establish with the local supplier a “Business Continuous Plan” and check financial risks.
- Be part of ESG and SRM agenda for Procurement.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, supply, commerce, or related.
- Contract negotiation skills.
- Effective communication.
- Excellent relationship and people skills.
- Good Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- B2 English Level.
- Graduate of Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.**BENEFICIAL**
