At Space Plus, we are looking for a highly motivated and creative
Paid Media Specialist
to join our Marketing Team.

Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive Paid Media strategies—from attraction to conversion—across multiple platforms.
Performance Optimization:
Be responsible for the creation, monitoring, and daily optimization of campaigns in
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
, ensuring maximum efficiency and KPI achievement.
Exploration of Alternative Channels:
Research, propose, and, if applicable, manage campaigns on other relevant digital advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, etc.).
Deep Data Analysis:
Dive into performance data using tools like
Google Analytics
and
Looker Studio
.
Your goal will be to extract valuable insights, create reports, and present actionable recommendations.
Focus on ROI and Lead Generation:
Maintain a constant focus on improving ROI and generating qualified leads, using A/B testing methodologies and continuous optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.
Proven Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience as a Paid Media or Performance Marketing Specialist.
Advanced Tool Proficiency:
Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
Experience with other paid media platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. (valued)
Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (desirable)
English:
Intermediate/Advanced level.
Proactivity and Autonomy:
Ability to manage multiple projects and make data-driven decisions.
