Our flexible and inclusive work culture provides you with the autonomy, resources, and opportunities to succeed.Position DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Integration Developer with strong experience in C#, .NET, MuleSoft (preferred), and Azure to join our growing team remotely in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building robust, scalable integration solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and working in Agile teams is essential.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using C#, .NET, and Mulesoft
Develop and deploy microservices and APIs on Azure
Work with event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management and release automation
Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Workplace: Remote, Latin AmericaMust Have Skills:

4–8 years of experience in software development and integration
Proficiency in C# and .NET
Hands-on experience with Mulesoft for API-led integration
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services
Experience with messaging/event-streaming platforms
Good knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile development practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the transportation and logistics domain is a plus but not mandatory
Mulesoft certifications or Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus
Experience with Kafka is a plus
