You’ll work alongside a multi-disciplinary global team to design innovative solutions for complex challenges, analyze business processes and requirements, and configure and customize cutting-edge tools. Your day will also include identifying data for value realization, performing in-depth analysis, and developing business cases that shape strategic decisions. Beyond that, you’ll guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transformation and help optimize planning, merchandising, and selling processes across multiple channels.   • 2–5 years of experience in Retail or Management Consulting with exposure to Merchandising, Supply Chain, Omnichannel, Digital Transformation, Retail Analytics, or Platform Implementation.
- Experience with technology platforms selection and implementation (e.g., Relex, JDA, Oracle, SAP).
- Hands-on experience in:o Planning, Merchandising, and Selling processes across multiple channels (Store & E-commerce).
o Designing and customizing solutions for complex business needs.- Strong analytical skills for business process analysis, data-driven insights, and business case development.
- Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary global teams and contribute to large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with change management planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
