As Talent Operations HR Functional Analyst Senior Associate, you'll be supporting, coordinating and facilitating Human Resources (HR) activities, initiatives, and processes.
Responsible for participating in planning, executing and deployment of talent related programs/initiatives, including reporting, analysis and measurement of activities to provide recommendations for process improvements and/or creating efficiencies.
This position works closely with other team members of the Talent Team to achieve business goals for consulting.
Position may assist in the design and implementation of Talent programs and processes.
This individual will support a wide range of HR initiatives, mega-processes, and HR topics.
This position is also responsible for escalating more complex issues to senior Talent Team members as appropriate.
Your key responsibilities
Support recurring (HR) processes as appropriate (e.g. including but not limited to: performance management, compensation, career development).
Make process improvement suggestions and recommendations
Interpret and disseminate talent information (e.g. headcount data, talent metrics, GigNow operational reporting) to team leadership in line with strategic team and business goals
Responsible for collecting and analyzing HR related data.
Identifies issues and makes suggestions as appropriate.
Maintain regular interaction with relevant Talent Enablement leads to ensure understanding of the business, strategy and goals
Provide operational & data analytics project support to help achieve talent priorities as defined by the Talent Leader
Provide transactional work to aid in talent mega processes and strategic projects
Utilize strong data and analytical skills to drive decisions and success
May assist in the design and implementation of HR programs and processes for assigned client groups
Provide support to various programs and initiatives, providing excellent customer service to questions and/or problems
Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as determined by leadership, e.g. metrics, milestones, recruiting statistics, turnover, etc.
May assist in activities related to headcount/workforce planning

Ability to work independently and learn quickly
Analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze and present data effectively
Proficient in the use of relevant business tools (Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, etc); must be proficient in Excel for high level data manipulation, including the use of VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.
Strong team working skills with the ability to team virtually
Ability to multi task, manage multiple constituents and multiple deadlines
Knowledge of EY talent processes and systems
Inclination toward building internal and external relationships across levels and functions
To qualify for this role, you must have
Professional experience related to Talent processes, procedures, policies, and systems
Proven experience in project management, preferably within a Talent or HR function
3+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
