Role Overview\nWe are seeking a visionary Director of Strategic Partnerships to drive our growth through high-impact collaborations. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between CR Academia and the broader Web3 ecosystem. You will identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with Layer-1/Layer-2 protocols, wallet providers, exchanges, and industry associations.\nYour goal is not just to secure logos, but to create tangible value for our students and partners through exclusive content, technical integrations, scholarships, and co-marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in positioning CR Academia as the go-to educational partner for top-tier blockchain projects in Latin America and beyond. Key Responsibilities\nStrategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with CR Academia’s growth goals. Identify high-potential partners in the Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and emerging L2 ecosystems.\nDeal Making: Lead end-to-end negotiations for strategic alliances, sponsorships, and co-branded educational programs. Structure mutually beneficial agreements that drive user acquisition and brand authority.\nEcosystem Engagement: Represent CR Academia at major industry conferences (e.g., Consensus, Token2049, Bitcoin Miami) and local meetups. Build and maintain a robust network of relationships with protocol founders, developer advocates, and KOLs.\nValue Creation: Collaborate with product and content teams to integrate partner technologies into our curriculum (e.g., hackathons, certified courses, grant programs). Ensure partners receive measurable ROI through access to our talented student base.\nMarket Intelligence: Monitor trends in the Web3 landscape to identify new partnership opportunities (e.g., RWA, DePIN, ZK-tech). Provide insights to leadership on competitive positioning.\nCross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Academic teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership deliverables and campaigns. Qualifications\nExperience: 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Ecosystem Growth within the Crypto/Web3 industry. Proven track record of closing deals with blockchain protocols, fintechs, or tech platforms.\nNetwork: Established network of contacts across major blockchain ecosystems (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cosmos, Solana, etc.) and key industry players in LATAM and globally.\nIndustry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Web3 stack, including L1/L2 protocols, DeFi primitives, wallet infrastructure, and regulatory trends. You speak the language of developers and founders.\nNegotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to structure complex deals, navigate legal/compliance considerations, and close high-stakes agreements.\nCommunication: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Ability to pitch effectively to C-level executives and technical leaders.\nMindset: Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and passionate about crypto education. You thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
