Risk Analyst
, you will proactively identify and counteract fraudulent behaviors—including bonus abuse, chargeback patterns, affiliate fraud, and AML/CFT risks—through data-driven analysis and hands-on investigation of customer accounts
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to fast, accurate decision-making that supports a safe gaming environment.
A taster of what you will be involved with:
Monitor daily risk reports and take action to detect and mitigate fraud or chargebacks.
Screen accounts for suspicious activity (e.g., bonus abuse), and handle withdrawals in line with company procedures
Investigate and escalate fraud cases as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and optimize processes.
What we are looking for
Experience
: At least
1 year
in a similar risk/fraud detection role.
Skills
: Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Bonus if you've worked in the
iGaming
industry!
Based in
Buenos Aires
