**Job Description**:
**Manager, Finance Business Partner****Overview**
- Responsible for a broad range of finance related responsibilities and acts as a finance generalist for Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay.
- Activities include deal management, short/long-term planning, contract management, pricing and product management**Responsibilities**
- Build financial models using data from financial systems and other sources, to support business decisions and the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives
- Act as a contact point for queries from business.
- Drive Forecasting, Annual Planning, Business Analysis, Business Performance Reporting, Strategic Business Planning processes.
- Review operations, revenue and/or expenses to support overall decisions regarding margins and other business objectives.
- Be a guide to the team to improve their skills and competencies as well as ensuring they carry out their own responsibilities to a high standard.
- Support team in personal development plan and make them future ready.
- Work closely with stakeholders on reporting and compliance. Provide input to ad hoc projects within Finance and the business as required.
- Prepare business presentations/briefing papers for local, regional, and/or global management.
- Own and drive process improvement/simplication/excellence / automation and broader finance intitiatives.
- Build strong relationships with business management and be seen as a key member of the management team who adds value to the decision making process.
- For multiple, cross-departmental initiatives, partner with various stakeholders to create high level integrative plans and identify requirements.
- Resolve escalations and conflicts.**All About You**
- Experience leading the aspects of the management reporting (e.g.. monthly financial results, quarterly forecasting, annual budgets)
- University degree in a financial or related field. MBA desired.
- Extensive experience building internal and external business partnerships; develops and leverages key relationships in order to assist with the needs and objectives of stakeholders
- Experience consulting and providing advice and feedback to the business on risk and opportunity considerations, leveraging advanced analytical techniques as well as outside trends and events
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvement activities; makes recommendations to further improve procedures
- Successfully resolves complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Successfully embodies change management; executes corporate cultural initiatives, enhancing the support of an ever-evolving environment to fulfill corporate goals and objectives
