- Partner with commercial, operations, and leadership teams on pricing, contracts, fiscal frameworks, and government related financial matters
- Lead financial input into major investment decisions, including infrastructure, growth projects, and regulatory frameworks
- Provide finance governance and decision support across operated activities and partner/non operated ventures (including joint arrangements), including performance reporting, planning support, and joint governance requirements
- Partner with Treasury and key banking counterparts to support banking strategy and execution, including account structures, liquidity planning, and related governance requirements
- Lead cash forecasting and financial risk support for Argentina, including foreign exchange (FX) exposure analysis and coordination with Treasury on cash/FX protection strategies
- Assess and support fiscal incentive and regulatory frameworks (e.g., RIGI and cash repatriation protections), translating requirements into business cases, compliance considerations, and executive decision materials
- Lead preparation and delivery of decision quality materials for governance and performance forums (e.g., Finance Committees, investment reviews, leadership performance dialogues), including recommendations, tradeoffs, and action follow up
- Own finance governance, compliance, and control processes across Argentina activities, escalating issues and driving timely resolution
- Interface with corporate finance, tax, treasury, and legal teams to ensure alignment with enterprise requirements
- Coach and support finance and cross functional stakeholders, sharing strong planning, performance management, and commercial finance practices\nRequired Qualifications\n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- 10 years of Senior level finance experience in complex, operationally intensive environments (individual contributor or people leader), with demonstrated influence and ownership
- Must be proficient in English.
- Strong commercial and strategic finance capability (planning, capital evaluation, contracts, fiscal frameworks)
- Proven ability to operate as a business partner with senior leaders and influence decisions
- Experience working across multiple functions and with external stakeholders in a regulated environment
- Broad financial and commercial scope across multiple stakeholders
- High level of judgment, ambiguity, and external interface
