We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing professional with a strong strategic mindset and a highly proactive attitude — someone who is constantly seeking new challenges and is prepared to exceed ambitious targets.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong commercial drive with the strategic sophistication required to manage complex accounts and deliver sustainable business growth.\nYOUR IMPACT\n\n
- Lead the full sales cycle with a strong focus on prospecting, while maintaining a clear post-sale business vision to ensure long-term client sustainability and scalability.

- Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts in Argentina.
\n
- Research, map, and build tailored action plans for each prospective client.
\n
- Design and implement innovative customer acquisition strategies across different industries and regions, adapting value propositions to specific client needs.
\n
- Act as a Wellhub ambassador in industry forums and external events, building relationships with senior decision-makers.
\n
- Map the decision-making process of each prospect to optimize conversion across all stages of the sales pipeline.
\n
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
\n\nWho You Are\n\n
- Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally selling to HR decision-makers.
\n
- Previous experience across industries such as Technology, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
\n
- Experience working in startup environments, with a solid understanding of scaling business models from rapid growth to operational maturity.
\n
- Strong strategic skills, with experience leading commercial initiatives that impact brand positioning and market penetration.
\n
- High resilience and proactivity, with the ability to perform well in challenging environments and anticipate potential issues.
\n
- Data-driven and hands-on profile, with autonomy to work independently and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
\n
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
\n
- English proficiency: Strong command of English is required.
\n
- Nice to have: MBA or international experience is considered a plus.
