We are looking for an experienced Video Production Specialist to join our in-house creative agency to produce impactful communicationsCome be part of the Public & Government Affairs team and join a global group of passionate employees.**What role you will play in our team**:
**What you will do**:
As the Video Production Specialist, you will be responsible for many aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution.**About You**:- More than 10 years of production experience working as a director of photography / editor
- Bachelor’s degree in video production, film, communications, or similar discipline
- Ability to troubleshoot production challenges and find creative solutions
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and requirements with strict version/quality control
- Creative self-starter with visual storytelling experience through multimedia
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of global colleagues
- Collaborating with multiple teams, the Video Production Specialist will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to align on project needs, creative development, resources and schedule.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required**Preferred Qualifications/ Experience**:- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and requirements with strict quality control
- Creative leader with visual storytelling experience through multimedia
- Ability to lead a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of international colleagues
