- Work with our leaders, aligning the strategies to the company hierarchy, the personnel infrastructure and the way Globers grow in the organization.
- Assist Globant business partners and other internal areas, in having actionable information to achieve the company's sales goals and contribute with the optimization of existing and new sales processes, involving the different areas of the company where salespeople operate, such as studios, regions, new acquisitions, among others.
- Be able to understand markets and industry trends and analyze competitors behavior in order to identify opportunities for future business development.
Critical services could include the support of opportunity pipeline management, forecast planning and visibility, corporate metrics reporting/analysis for leadership, ad- hoc research, and the revisit of internal sales processes/tools for sales teams.What will help you succeed:- Advaced English Level
- Experience with research.
- Experience with account planning
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Identify deviations and /or useful patterns
- Understand our clients buying criteria
- Analyze quality of business
- Conduct fact-based analysis
- Develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear and concise manner
- Aggregate data from Sales, Finance and other functions to create management and operational views needed for fact-based analysis and decision support
- Research and report relevant insights from key accounts. Ability to identify business opportunities and present them to the sales team.
- Describe & Diagnose Business Trends
