Maintenance Specialist 1 LOCATION: Neuquen - Neuquen - Argentina DEPARTMENT: OIL & GAS SERVICES Responsibilities: Participate in defining policies for investment and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Ensure process continuity through execution and optimization of maintenance plans, scheduled stops, and failure analysis.
Develop preventive methods to reduce maintenance load and avoid unplanned stops.
Support Operations in evaluating new technologies and standards.
Manage and update technical maintenance documentation.
Coordinate procurement of materials and services, ensuring appropriate stock levels.
Collaborate in comprehensive process management (budget, HR, safety, etc.).
Lead systematic analysis of critical assets to improve their availability and reliability.
Participate in defining and controlling the department's budget.
Promote continuous improvement actions and resource efficiency.
Comply with HSE procedures, report incidents, and participate in investigations.
Ensure adherence to applicable policies, standards, and regulations.
