What is Sunflower\nSunflower (YC F25 & a16z SR004) is the Sobriety Platform for the future of Superintelligence. Sunflower helps you rewire your brain to associate sobriety with reward. We combine Visual Progression Tracking, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and an AI Sponsor to help you overcome addiction. We are currently building an addiction teletherapy and telepsychiatry clinic, starting in Pennsylvania, United States.\nWhy This Role Matters The barrier between imagination and reality has dissolved. As our AI Creator & Strategist, you aren't just writing prompts, you are integrating generative video, image, and audio tools for paid ads and organic content to help people go sober from addictions to alcohol, cocaine, meth, heroin, gambling, and more.\nYou will help us scale content production by generating hyper-realistic B-roll, unique environments, and rapid-fire concepts that speed up our entire creative engine. You will get direct feedback and coaching with the CEO and Head of Growth to consistently improve your AI advertisements.\nWhat You'll Do\n\n
- Generate High-Fidelity Assets specifically related to addiction & sobriety
\n
- Create stunning creative images and video clips using platforms like Google Veo and Higgsfield across a range of AI image and vid gen models
\n
- Utilize AI audio tools (ElevenLabs, Suno) to generate realistic voice-overs and custom audio tracks for testing and final delivery
\n
- Hybrid Editing & Generation - Test hooks, scripts, B-Roll and edit and iterate to constantly improve content
\n\nWho You Are\n
- A \"Prompt Engineer\" & Artist
\n
- Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina
\n
- Professional English (B2-C2) - You will be working hybrid with an American CEO
\n
- You have previous experience prompting AI image and video models
\n
- You are coachable and open to feedback
\n
- AI is unpredictable. You have the patience to iterate 25 times for the perfect 3-second clip.
\n
- You know how to troubleshoot consistency issues (keeping a character's face the same across multiple shots).
\n
- Ethically Aware
\n
- You understand the legal landscape of AI. You know how to create commercially safe content (avoiding copyright infringement or deepfaking real celebrities without permission)
