Position Objectives Respond to inbound sales requests Obtain new sales leads Close sales opportunities Reports to Managing Director Responsibilities Find and develop new business opportunities, identifying decision-makers and influencers Develop accurate and tailored relationships with potential clients Effectively manage opportunities throughout the entire selling process Respond to external service requests Reach out to leads provided by external sales agents Present Company capabilities to potential clients Maintain relationships with current clients that move to new companies, keeping them engaged with the company Proactively identify opportunities for available talent Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying growth opportunities Document activities in CRM Interact with legal and talent teams to close opportunities Follow up on industry changes and influences Develop competitive proposals, with a full understanding of the market and pricingFor technology services industry.**Requisitos**:
Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or other relevant field Advanced Level of English, written and spoken Outstanding communication skills and empathy 3+ years of experience working in the technology services industry 2+ years of experience working directly with US clients, developing proposals and presentations, coordinating meetings, and following up on potential opportunities Full understanding of current technologies, roles, and trends Understanding of IT staff augmentation business Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adapting to changes easily Ability to work under little supervision, organizing daily activities, and with a self-starter mindset Strong and relevant network of potential clients in the US (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Engineering Managers, etc.) Understanding of the psychology of the US B2B buyer Demonstrated experience closing sales in new clients and growing existing ones Bonus PointsBeneficiosCompensation Compensation package in USD Independent Contractor relationship with US company 100% remote work High work/life balance Workshift: at least 5 hours of overlap with California (ideally 10-19hs / 11-20hs ART) Ability to adapt working hours when needed Autonomy Professional growth possibilities Growing company with a lot of potential
