- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close in a B2B environment
- Conduct high-level discovery calls to uncover client pain points and business needs
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored sales presentations
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and lead follow-up
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals efficiently
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell or expansion opportunities
- 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or high-ticket services
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue quotas
- Strong experience managing full-cycle sales processes
- Confident selling to senior decision-makers and C-suite executives
- Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
- Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach
- Experience working remotely with international teams is highly preferred
- Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup
- Experience in SaaS, tech, digital marketing, or subscription-based businesses
- Experience selling to international markets (UK, US, Canada, Australia)
- Familiarity with complex sales cycles and mid-to-high ticket deals
