About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to help bring strategy to life through clean, user‑centered web designs. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn briefs into high‑quality designs that align with our design system and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Design LeadershipLead the end‑to‑end design process for complex web projects, from initial concept through to final implementation.
Develop and drive design strategies that align with business goals and enhance user experience.High‑Fidelity DesignTranslate strategic briefs into high‑fidelity designs within Figma that strictly adhere to our design system and industry best practices.
Create detailed wireframes and high‑fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms.Cross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project requirements.
Facilitate design discussions and present design solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design choices.Design System and ConsistencyContribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital products.
Apply and enforce design standards and guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual language.Project OversightManage multiple projects by following priorities set by leadership or project manager
